Seeing the light in 1983, a guy who will keep on his shoulders many hopes of Egyptians to get the National to the World Cup . In his early days, he began to love football , and the fact that he’s got a big physical body help him to get to “older rank” than his , playing the first team at the age of 16. .maybe like Marco Van Basten.

The coach back then wanted Mido to be with the first Team for a long time , he was watching him playing the Academy Team and he knew that this guy has something different to offer to the club. And a few weeks, he made his debut and gone to score 2 goals in 3 games before travelling to Belgium where he started his real career .

First Steps in Europe!

Just after 3 games in his homeland , Mido got an offer from an agent to travel with him in Belgium and try his luck with KAA Gent , a great football club. Can’t resist, Mido accepted the offer and fly to Europe in the hope of catching the eyes of the coach there .

Faster , he gave what the club wanted from him , scoring 11 goals in 21 games, winning Belgian Ebony Shoe, just after one back there.
